Works on Paper 2026 is a four-week art exhibition that provides a space for artists to gain visibility, show and sell their work in the heart of Chelsea, London, and take the next step in their careers.

Celebrating the innovative works of emerging artists who have harnessed the versatile medium of paper to craft exceptional and thought-provoking pieces. This exhibition serves as a testament to the enduring power of paper as a canvas for artistic expression.

Up to 120 emerging and established artists will exhibit on the Gallery walls for four weeks. By partnering with us, you are helping us give the next generation of artistic talent a platform to showcase their remarkable artwork.

The exhibition starts off with a buzzing Private View, which sees artists, curators, collectors, and art lovers come together to discover the work on display.

A long-standing cornerstone of the London art scene, renowned art shop Green & Stone opened The Gallery in 2018, and since then, has remained dedicated to discovering and supporting emerging artists.

With a focus on contemporary, unique, and affordable artwork, The Gallery’s growing community is proof of their commitment to fostering talent.

There is something uniquely revealing about working with paper. Unmediated by grand gesture or theatrical scale, they convey the artist’s hand and intention with a clarity that is often lost elsewhere. It is precisely in this intimate arena that Green & Stone’s latest exhibition, Works on Paper, makes its mark.

Long regarded as one of London’s most discerning addresses for artists, collectors and restorers alike, Green & Stone has steadily cultivated a reputation for fine materials and impeccable framing, but also for spotting talent early, offering a platform at the moment when careers begin to take shape. This exhibition continues that tradition with quiet confidence.

For every artist already making their way forward, there are many more at an earlier, thrilling moment in their trajectory. Works on Paper affirms that the artists of tomorrow can be found today, long before the wider world takes note, and we are delighted by the level of creativity, invention and execution shown by the lesser-known names who stand shoulder to shoulder with their more established peers.

Green & Stone has always appealed to those who appreciate the quiet satisfaction of discovering talent ahead of the market’s gaze. Works on Paper extends that invitation. With pieces available from £80 framed, the exhibition opens the door to collecting for a new generation whilst offering seasoned patrons the pleasure of informed acquisition at an accessible price point.
