DESCRIPTION:Southbank Printmakers Mini Print Exhibition 2025\n\nNow in its 6th year with its ever-increasing popularity\, this independent gallery-led show will again be home to a range of exciting mini prints from around the world\, giving both professional and amateur printmakers the chance to exhibit\, sell and get to know our gallery and online shop. Artists who are selected to exhibit also have the chance to win prizes offered by our sponsors Jackson’s Art\, Ironbridge Fine Arts \, John Purcell Paper and Cranfield \n\nThe exhibition will run at Southbank Printmakers gallery in Gabriel’s Wharf on the Southbank from Tuesday 30 September to Sunday 30th November 2025 and have an opening private view and closing awards night.  All works selected for hanging will also be included in the SBP online shop from Wednesday 1 October 2025 to Sunday 5 January 2026

DESCRIPTION:  \n \nThe Royal Society Of Miniature Painters\, Sculptors & Gravers was founded in 1896 by Alyn Williams. Alyn was the first President – a position he occupied until 1898\, and again from 1908 until 1941. \nThe Society’s Inaugural Exhibition – held in 1896 in the Modern Gallery – was the first to be devoted exclusively to contemporary Miniatures and was an immediate success. \nKing Edward VII granted the Royal Charter in 1905. In 1926 The RMS extended its welcome to other forms of Miniature Art.
