The Big Apple
The Big Apple is a still life composition with a large red apple surrounded by empty green bottles and jars with a pearl necklace strewn across the table top.
I initially drew the image into hardground on steel and etched in nitric 1:14 solution.
I used soft ground for the textures and a little aquatint for tonal values.
